Restaurante Ringlete

The emblematic home for the rescue of traditional Valle del Cauca food in Cali, led by chef Martha Jaramillo. Located in a cozy old house decorated with handicrafts and pinwheels (ringletes), it serves refined versions of wood-fired chicken sancocho, Valluno fiambre, marranitas, aborrajados, and arroz atollado.
