Platillos Voladores

An undisputed benchmark of Cali and Pacific cuisine for over two decades, founded by chef Vicky Acosta in the traditional Granada neighborhood. Its proposal combines Afro-Colombian seasoning and regional fruits (chontaduro, plantain, seafood, sweet chili) in dishes such as encocado fish, glazed meats, and autochthonous desserts.
