La Puerta Falsa Restaurant

Located a few steps from Bolívar Square, it is Colombia's oldest active restaurant (opened in 1816). This tiny two-story establishment is world-famous for its homemade Santafereño ajiaco, giant soft-dough tamales, and traditional hot chocolate with cheese and almojábana.
