Celele

Located in an art-filled mansion in the bohemian neighborhood of Getsemaní, Celele is the epicenter of the "Caribe Lab" project led by chef Jaime Rodríguez. Its proposal explores the biodiversity of the Colombian Caribbean (edible flowers, little-known fruits from Montes de María, and seafood) with visually captivating dishes.
